3/4 LB ZUCCHINI CUBED, BOILED AND WELL DRAINED
1 EGG, BEATEN
I C. MAYO
1/4 C. CHOPPED ONION
2 TBL. CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS
1/2 TSP- THYME, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

MIX WITH SQUASH & BAKE @ 350 DEGREES 20 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED & PUFFY SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE.
