1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1 C sour cream
1/2 C each vegetable oil and water
4 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 C mini chocolate chips

Vanilla butter glaze:
3 Tbsp butter - melted
2 1/4 C powdered sugar
3 Tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together except chips in large bowl on low speed till just moisten. Beat on medium 2 minute. Stir in chips. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minute. Invert cake on wire rack. Mix butter, sugar, water, and vanilla until smooth. Let stand 3 minutes until thick. Drizzle onto cake.
