Cake:
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. self-rising flour
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
2/3 c. pumpkin

Filling:
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioner sugar
4 T. margarine
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Grease a cookie sheet, 13 x 7 x 1. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Spread out hand towel, sprinkle with confectioner sugar. Turn cake out on towel. Roll in towel (long length) and let stand for 2 minutes. Unroll, place on aluminum foil and spread the filling on the cake and roll.

Refrigerate. It also freezes well for later use.
