3 C uncooked pasta
1 lb ground beef
1/4 C onion - chopped
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar 16oz salsa
1 can diced tomatoes - undrained
1 envelope taco seasoningg
2 C tortilla chips - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Add the cheese, salsa, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Drain pasta; stir into the beef mixture. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with tortilla chips. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
