1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 C water
3/4 C uncooked rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast (about 4-6)
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C frozen mixed veggies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, water, rice, veggies, and seasonings in 2 qt shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over chicken.
