Beef Prime Rib
Garlic Powder
Soy Sauce
Worchester Sauce
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
I buy meat using a formula of one pound per person being served plus one pound extra, so if I were serving 6 people, I would buy 7 pounds of prime rib - trimmed.

Rub garlic powder all over the meat, top with at least half cup of soy sauce and worchester sauce and then top with some black pepper.

Bake on 300 degree oven for two hours or until the desired degree of done-ness. It should be pink at the end of the two hours with an awesome au jus.
