2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper corns
3 T. Morton Tender Quick Salt (Regular table salt will not work!)
1 c. water
1 T. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and roll into 2 rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake (leave in foil) on cookie sheet with rim for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Cool in foil. Slice and enjoy.
