1 pkg frozen hashbrowns - thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz sour cream
1/4 C onion- chopped
2 C shredded fiesta cheese
French's fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 inch baking pan and preheat oven to 350. In bowl mix soup and sour cream together. Then add hashbrowns, onion, and half the cheese to soup mixture. Put in pan and spread evenly and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Put French's fried onions on top for the last 10 minutes. Serve Hot!!
