4 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 can evaporated milk

Boil until you reach the fudge stage on a candy thermometer. It usually takes about 10 minutes or so.

Then add:
1 bag of miniature marshmallows (I remove about 2 handfuls or the fudge seems to get too dry).
12 oz. bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Stir until well blended. Then pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Cool. Cut into squares. Keep in tightly closed container in the refrigerator.

This is really easier than you might think. It seems to be a no fail fudge. It is always a big hit. Delicious!
