6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp butter - melted
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato lengthwise into thirds; then cut each portion into thirds again. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine butter, oil, and salt. Add potatoes and shake to coat. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered at 450 fro 20-25 minutes or until tender, turning once.
