2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 C milk
1/2 C mayo
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 C cooked meat chopped (bacon, ham, or sausage)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Spray muffin pans and fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 18-25 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
