3 C all purpose flour
2 C sugar
1 5.1oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 C oil
1/2 C applesauce
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 and grease 2 5x9 inch loaf pans. Mix flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking soda/powder, salt and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl mix milk, oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Sprinkle loaf pans with cinnamon sugar. Divide batter into both pans and bake for 1 hour or unitl golden brown. Remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
