2 Tbsp shortening
2/3 C sugar
1 C flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar until well blended. Add sifted dry ingredients alternating with milk and well beaten egg. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
