1 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 C butter - softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 C powdered sugar
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Mix pb, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar with hands to from a smooth stiff dough. Shape into ball using 2 tsp of dough for each ball. Place on baking sheet and put in fridge. Melt shortening and chocolate chips over low heat stirring occasionally until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate and set on waxed paper and put in fridge for another 30 minutes . Remove pb balls from baking sheet and keep in an airtight container.
