4 to 4 1/2 C flour
1/4 C sugar
2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C warm milk (105-115)
1/2 C warm water
1/3 C butter - softened
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Gradually add warm milk, water, and butter. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add 1 egg and 1/2 C flour, beat 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Grease the top of plastic wrap and place over bowl and put in fridge for at least 2 to even 24 hours. Remove and punch down dough. Shape into balls and place on geased baking sheet cover and let rise in warm draft free place unitl double in size for about 20-40 minutes. Beat remaining egg and brush on rolls. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
