1 C white sugar
1/2 C light corn syrup
1 C salted peanuts
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a cookie sheet. Combine sugar and corn syrup in 2 qt glass bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in peanuts and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes then stir in butter and vanilla and microwave for another 1 1/2 minute. Stir in baking soda until light and foamy. Pout onto cookie sheet and spread thin. Cool completely and then break into pieces.
