1 pkg active dry yeast
1 C warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
2 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Put on pizza pan and roll out and let rise 5 minutes before putting toppings on.
