Tart Shells
1/2 C butter - softened
3 oz cream cheese - softened
1 C all purpose flour

Filling
2 Tbsp butter - melted
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 C pecan halves finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and cream cheese until blended. Add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in greased mini muffin pan. Dip tart shaper in flour and press dough into pan to form shells. For filling - place butter in bowl and microwave 30 seconds until melted. Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Use a small scoop and fill tart shells with pecan mixture - do not over fill. Bake 20-25 minutes till golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
