1/2 C shortening
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 C all purpose flour
1/4 C sugar
1 Bag Hershey Kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening and peanut butter in mixer until blended. Add sugars, baking powder and soda beat until combined. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in 1/4 C sugar place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press hershey kiss into each cookie's center. Cool on wire rack.
