1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb chicken breasts - boneless
4 1/2 oz angle hair pasta - uncooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 C spinach - frozen
1 C spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1/3 C shredded reduced fat colby jack or cheddar cheese

Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown for 7 minutes. In a large bowl mix together every ingredient and add pasta last. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Preheat the broiler. Wrap the handle of skillet with foil; broil for 3 minutes or until browned.
