2 lbs. hamburger 1 large onion - chopped 2 c. celery - diced 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken with rice soup 1 can mixed vegetables with the juice 2 c. chow mein noodles 4 T. soy sauce 1 can sliced mushrooms
Brown meat, onion, and celery. Do not season while browning. Add all other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
