1 pkg 10oz frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry
1 16oz container sour cream
1 C hellmanns mayo
1 pkg vegetable recipe mix
1 can 8oz water chestnuts - drained and chopped
3 green onions - chopped - optional
bread bowl or crackers

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours and place into bread bowl. Serve with bread pieces or crackers.
