1 pkg 16oz fettuccine
2 C frozen sugar snap peas - thawed
1 1/2 C frozen mixed peppers - thawed
1 C onion - julienned
oil
1 1/2 lb frozen shrimp - medium or small
1 jar 16oz alfredo sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute peas, peppers, onion in 1 to 2 Tbsp of oil until crisp-tender; remove and keep warm. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet and saute shrimp until they turn pink. Return veggies to pan and add alfedo sauce and mix well until heated through. Drain pasta. Add alfredo mixture to pasta and serve.
