4 cups Bisquick buttermilk mix
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 cup club soda
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend mix, sour cream, and soda. Knead 10 times on floured board or wax paper. Roll dough 1 inch thick, cut with 2 inch cutter. Place on cookie sheet. Melt 1 stick butter. Brush top of biscuits with butter. Bake for 20 minutes. If you like more butter, you can brush more butter on biscuits after they are baked.
