Salad:
1 lb. cooked thin linguine
4 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained-reserve 2 T.
marinade for dressing
1 box cherry tomatoes, quartered

Dressing:
1 c. light mayonaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. artichoke marinade
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. salt
1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles (or gorgonzola)

Directions:

Mix all salad ingredients with the dressing. Chill. This salad can
be made the day before.
