2 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. bag stuffing (plain, unseasoned crumbs, not cubes)
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and beef. Toss all ingredients. Transfer to
casserole dish and bake at 350 until heated through and top is
crispy.
