2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
24 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
2 tsp. grill or steak seasoning blend (recommended: Montreal Seasoning by McCormick)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley leaves

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper to cook garlic slightly. Add shrimp. Season with grill seasoning, and cook shrimp 3 minutes or until just pink. Toss with lemon zest, juice, and chopped parsley. Remove shrimp to a serving platter.

If you want less garlic taste, you can leave the cloves whole for less garlic flavor. Kelly cooked it just as shown above, and it was delicious.
