4 oz. butter - room temperature
1 6 oz. jar Old English Cheese Spread - room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. mayo
1 tsp. garlic salt
6 English Muffins - split
1 can crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the butter, Old English Cheese Spread, mayo and garlic salt in mixer. Stir in the crab meat. Spread the mixture on the split English Muffins. Place the English Muffins on a cookie sheet and freeze for about 1 hour. When frozen, cut the English Muffins into quarters. Place the cut English Muffins into a bag and continue to freeze until ready to use. When ready, broil in the oven until lightly brown. Serve immediately.

I have been making these for about 15 years and they have always been a hit. Sometimes I only cook half and keep some in the freezer in case I need some in a hurry.
