1 2/3 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup), room temp.
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Sift flour with cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, allspice, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Beat butter until smooth, and add in sugar until well combined; then beat in egg. Add honey and beat until mixed. Add flour mixture and sour cream, alternating in portions.

Pour batter into a greased 8" cake pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes, then transfer to rack. Once completely cool, dust with confectioner's sugar.
