1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup celted butter
Mix and put in 9 x 13 pyrex dish
Freeze

Soften 1/2 gallon ice cream
Layer on top of crumbs
Freeze

Spread topping
Freeze

Spread 8 oz cool whip and nuts
Freeze
