1 large package peach jello
3 Tbsp. sugar
11 oz crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 C buttermilk
1 chopped banana
1 chopped apple
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 large container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine jello, sugar, crushed pineapple & juice. Cook over low heat until melted well.
Remove from heat and add buttermilk, banana, apple and mandarin oranges. Fold in cool whip. Pour into oblong Pyrex dish.
Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and aluminum foil. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
