1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
4 C cubed, cooked chicken
2 C seedless grapes, halved
Lettuce leaves & sliced almonds
DRESSING
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oranges, pineapple and water chestnuts.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss well to coat.
Chill 1 hour and serve on lettuce. Add almonds.
