2 C chopped cooked chicken
2 C raw celery
1- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1 C mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. accent
2 tsp. onion juice
1/2 C slivered almonds
several dashes hot sauce
2 C grated sharp cheese
1 C crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the 2 cups cooked chicken, raw celery and sliced mushrooms with liquid.

In separate bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, accent, onion juice, almonds and hot sauce.

Combine both mixtures and lift lightly into baking dish.

Cover with the grated cheese and cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min.

Top with Ritz crackers and return to oven for 5 min.
