4 c. white sugar
1 large jar marshmallow cream
2 cans evaporated canned milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate
1- 1/4 c. butter (not margarine)
2 tsp. pure vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips ( you can make this dark chocolate)
3 c. large chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook slowly in heavy bottom, large-size saucepan the sugar, milk, and butter. Cook to 237. Remove from heat and pour into mixer and add vanilla, marshmallow cream, chips, and nuts. Knead for 10 minutes. (I use my mixer with the bread kneader attachment.) Pour immediately into 12x13 inch pan that is well buttered. Cool. .

This is the fudge that Ross asked for and got on his birthday every year. If you don't like the mint in it exchange it out for reg. chocolate chips.
