Directions:
Place chicken breasts between saran wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Give a very light sprinkling of salt. Mix cream cheese and milk with electric mixer until it is a spreadable consistency, adding additional milk if needed. Fold in chives. Spread a dollop of cream cheese mixture on each chicken breast. Roll each one and wrap with a piece of bacon. Slice margarine into pats and place in 9 x 13 pan. Place rolled, wrapped chicken breasts in pan. If you have any cream cheese mixture left over, spoon over chicken breasts. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove foil and brown under broiler for 5 minutes. This is good served over rice.
