1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Filling: 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. chilled whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 F. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at one time; continue beating until smooth. Drop by scant 1/4 c. 3" apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 34 - 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft. Cut off tops. Pull out any filaments of soft dough. Carefully fill puffs with filling. Refrigerate until serving time.

For the filling:
In small bowl, blend 1 package vanilla instant pudding and 1 c. milk on low speed. Add 2 c. chilled whipping cream. Beat about 2 minutes on medium speed until soft peaks form.
