1 lemon
1 whole roasting chicken
cup orange juice
cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pierce lemon with fork. Place in chicken cavity. Place chicken in cooker.
2. Combine orange juice and honey. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove lemon and squeeze over chicken. Carve and serve.
