2 C warm water
1/4 c olive oil
1 T sea salt
1/2 c gluten
4 c whole wheat flour
2 T yeast
1/2 c apple sauce
1/2 c honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer add everything. Start kneading and add up to 2 c more flour. Knead 10 min. Let rise once, punch down. Rise until double in size. Roll out and add all your favorites. Butter, sugar, cinnamon, apples, nuts. Roll up cut into 1 inch thick slices. Place in a greased pan. Let rise until double in size. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.

Another yummy addition is to make a gooey topping to place in the bottom of the pan before adding the rolls to it.
3T butter
3 small handfuls sugar
1/4 c soy milk (vanilla flavored)
Boil until thick and caramel colored.
