1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 T butter ­
1/3 c sour cream 1/4t salt, pepper
1 T flour
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large frying pan and saute mushrooms until lightly browned. Cover for 2 minutes until mushrooms exude juice. Blend sour cream with salt and pepper and flour until smooth. Stir into mushroom mixture and heat stirring until blended and beginning to boil. Remove from heat and pour into shallow dish. Sprinkle parsley and cheese evenly on top. Can refriger­ate. Shortly before serving place uncovered in 425°F oven until dish is heated and cheese is melted about 10 minutes. Serves 6.
