1 pound carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices 2/3 c water 3 T butter 3 T bourbon 3 T honey
Combine all ingredients in heavy large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to glaze, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
