2 lb. Boneless chicken breast(cut into 2in. chunks)
1 c. Flour
1/4 t. Black pepper
2 T. Salt
1/2 t. dry Basil
1/2 t. dry Oregano
2 Eggs (beaten)
3 T. Milk
1/2 c. Bread crumbs
2/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl mix all dry ingd.plus Parmesan cheese. In another bowl mix together eggs and milk. Dredge chicken first in flour mixture then into egg mixture. Then back into flour mixture. Shake off excess flour then place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 min. or until golden brown.
