1½ to 2 lbs. of ground beef 1 medium onion 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes 1 28oz can of RO-TEL diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 15oz can of pinto beans (drained) 1 15oz can of kidney beans (drained) 2 cans of Mexican corn 1 pkg of taco seasoning 1 pkg of ranch dressing mix
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low in slow cooker all day or 4-5 hours on high.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips
