Ingredients:  
1 pound box powdered sugar,
1 stick oleo,
1/2 cup cocoa,
1/4 cup milk,
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put above ingredients in layers in above order in glass bowl.
Put in microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Take out and mix well with electric mixer until smooth. (Add nuts if desired).
Pour into 9 x 9 buttered dish.
