3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 c. plus 3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Just before trying add 1/2 tsp. baking soda (makes pancakes rise). Fry on hot griddle or fry pan and serve.

Can sprinkle with blueberries once batter is placed on pan if you like. Also, grandpa never made the same recipe twice. He would often substitute sunflower seeds or other berries in place of the blueberries.
