1 egg, separated 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. powdered sugar
Beat egg white till stiff. In separate bowl beat whipping cream till just about butter stage. Stir egg yolk into whipped cream and mix until smooth. Fold in egg white. Use this as a topping for hot apple cider, coffee or coridal apple schnnapiss. Can also add 1-2 oz. brandy.
