3 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
2 chicken breasts chopped into bite size pieces
2 cloves garlic
1 green chili seeded and chopped (or chili powder)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tumeric
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp tomato puree
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp heavy cream (I skip this one and it still taste good)

Heat oil, add onion and fry. Add chicken and cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in garlic and chili and continue to fry. While mixture is browning, add salt, cumin, coriander and tumeric. Stir well and continue to cook. Add tomato puree and garam masala. Stir well, just before serving add the cream and blend.
