2 c Fresh Corn shaved off the cob
1 c chopped tomato
1/2 c minced celery (about 3 stalks)
1/2 c minced onion
1/2 c minced bell pepper
1 c "Raw sour cream" (See recipe)
1 tbsp Spike Seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
sea salt/pepper, to taste
