Ingredients:  
1-1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 Cup sugar (or your preferred sugar substitute: if using honey only cup is needed.)
Cup Corn Meal
1 Tablespoonful baking powder
teas salt
1- cup plain soy milk (can use cows milk)
2 eggs (or cup water + 1Tbl lecithin granules)
1/3 cup oil (olive, safflower, whatever you like to use)
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

Mix all up and bake in a greased 8x8 pan at 350 for 18-20 min.
