Ingredients:  
¼ c olive oil
2 T sesame seeds
1 lb. firm tofu; cubed
¼ c soy sauce or Braggs liquid amino’s
¼ c olive oil
2 clove garlic; minced
1 t fresh ginger; grated
1 carrot; sliced
2 green onions; chopped
¼ c onion; chopped
2 stalks celery; chopped
½ c slivered almonds
6 mushrooms; chopped
4 c cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan heat oil and sesame seeds. Add tofu and cook on medium high, stirring occasionally, until golden. Then add soy sauce and cook 5-10 minutes. While waiting for tofu to cook, in a large pan heat oil, garlic and ginger. On medium heat add carrot, onions, celery, almonds and mushrooms. Cook and stir until carrots are tender and onions are transparent. Add rice and tofu. Stir well. Season with soy to taste.
