3c Whole Wheat Flour
2.5 t yeast
1t honey
t salt
1c water
1T fennel
1T rosemary


Top with a basil pesto (my favorite) or red sauce, zuccinni, spinich, mushrooms, red peppers, onions, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese.

Put all in mixer and kneed for 7 minutes. Let proof (15 min) punch down and roll out to cover pizza pan.

Put toppings on. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
